Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Days Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain products such as opened cosmetics, skincare items, and fragrances cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@grahakshop.com with your order number and pictures of the product. Our courier partner will pick up the item within 2-3 business days.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your provided bank account.
